We can provide free delivery service for orders from the United States and Mexico. For each order in other countries and regions that needs more than $50 (including $50), you can enjoy free shipping, otherwise you need to contact us to bear the shipping cost. You can choose normal delivery or expedited delivery.
Sylvia Style usually use FedEx, DHL, TNT to shipping your order. There are some differences between arrival times in different countries. Details are shown in the following table:

- If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped in separated date, experience different travel times and will often arrive on different days.
- Different custom products will require 2-4 weeks' processing time accordingly. Please pay attention to the custom time on the product's page.
- Shipping days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Orders shipped to any of the US Territories including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Island or APO and FPO military addresses will be shipped via USPS Regular Service only.
- We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or additional fees that may be charged by Customs for any international deliveries.
- We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to destination issues, such as failing to provide a complete and correct shipping address or not being present at the address to sign and receive the package.
- Here at Sylvia Style, we make the utmost effort to get orders delivered on time as promised. However, we cannot provide shipping refunds in the case of national crises, holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays or other circumstances where the delay is beyond our control.
Tracking Your Orders:
1. You will receive a shipping email after your order is shipped.
2. Get the tracking information by clicking the tracking link in the email.
3. Please note, it maytake 24 hours before tracking information appears.
Import Duties & Taxes
Any customs or import duties or taxes are charged once the package arrives at its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. We do not have information on what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
Should customers refuse to accept a parcel due to import taxes or fail to be contacted by courier to pay for import taxes, they take full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees, and they must bear any loss resulting from that. No refund will be accepted in this case.
Please be aware that if you don't choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by Wigisfashion.com to you.
Bounced Back / Returned Packages
Some reasons for bounced back or returned packages are insufficient address, incorrect address or unclaimed packages. It is buyers' responsibility to provide us with the correct and complete mailing address and make sure he/she is available on delivery. The time it takes for the package to return back to us ranges from 1-3 months; and upon receiving the package, we will contact buyer to arrange for re-sending the package. Buyer will be charged for the postage to re-send the package. If buyer wants to cancel the order and get a refund, there will be a 10% cancellation fees applied on the item price as per our policy.In this case, we will deduct the mailing fee separately.
